Product introduction

General Control Relays are electromechanical devices used to control and switch electrical circuits. They play a crucial role in various applications where it is necessary to control the flow of electricity to different components. Relays act as remote controlled switches that allow a low power signal to control a high power circuit. We provide such type of relays of which the frames and enclosures of the relays are made up of metal or plastic. Further, the products we offer are made up of copper material and iron ore and the steel respectively. For contacts, silver or nickel alloy including platinum plating is used.

The working of general control relay works in below manner
  • Input Signal : Relays are activated by an input signal, often in the form of an electrical current applied to the coil. This input signal energizes the coil, creating a magnetic field.
  • Magnetic Attraction : When the coil is energized, it generates a magnetic field that attracts a movable component within the relay such as an iron core.
  • Contact Switching : The movement of the movable component causes one or more sets of electrical contacts to change their state. These contacts are either normally open or normally closed and they can be used to open or close an electrical circuit in response to the input signal.
  • Load Control : The changed state of the contacts either allows or interrupts the flow of electricity to the load which can be a motor, a lamp or any other electrical device.
